The Burbank CTAP Walk-In Center is located in the DIC building (tall black building) on Glenoaks between Magnolia Blvd and Palm Ave.

The front of the building on Glenoaks does not have a public entrance. The entrance is to the rear/side of the building. Follow the walkway on the south side of the building to the Walk-In Center entrance, at the lobby level.

Visitor garage parking is located below the lobby level and an elevator is easily accessed, disabled parking is located on the lobby level and you do not need the elevator.

From the South: Glendale, Los Angeles, Silverlake, Los Felize
Interstate 5 North
Olive Ave Exit - Go East on Olive Ave, proceed straight ahead
Glenoaks Blvd - Turn Left (North)
Palm Ave -Turn Left (West)
Enter driveway on right side to parking garage as shown on map, attached
From the East: San Gabriel Valley, Pasadena
210 Freeway West (becomes the 134 Freeway West)
Connect to Interstate 5 North and follow directions above to Walk-In Center

From the North: San Fernando Valley - Sun Valley, Arleta, Lake View Terrace, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Newhall, Saugus
Interstate 5 South
Verdugo Ave Exit - Turn Left off the freeway ramp onto Front St. which becomes Verdugo Ave
Glenoaks Blvd - Turn Left
Palm Ave - Turn Left
Enter driveway on right side to parking garage as shown on map below

From the West:
101 Freeway South - connect to 134 Freeway East
Bob Hope Dr Exit- Turn Left (Bob Hope Dr. ends at Alameda St.)
Alameda St -Turn Right
Glenoaks Blvd -Turn Left
Palm Ave - Turn Left
Enter driveway on right side to parking garage as shown on map below

From Metrolink
Take the free shuttle from the Metrolink station to Olive Ave/Third St.
Third Ave - Walk North to Palm Ave
Palm Ave - Turn Right
From the address sign ("303" on Palm Ave), use the stairs on Palm Ave or enter the parking garage and use the elevator to reach the lobby level.
