Network services provided through DDTP

Some network services are available at no cost to eligible CTAP consumers.  Network services are provided by the local telephone company and not all companies offer these services. Local telephone companies normally require about five days to set up one of these services.

Speed Dial 8

Speed Dial 8 gives you the ability to program your eight most frequently called numbers. Once programmed, Speed Dial 8 will dial the full number with the touch of just two buttons and will work from any phone in your home.

3-Way Calling

3-Way Calling lets three people at different phone numbers talk together at the same time, no matter who placed the call.

Operator-Assisted Dialing

Operator-Assisted Dialing offers a operator service to dial number you wish to call.

Directory Assistance Exemption

A customer may request free or discounted telephone directory assistance due to inability to use a telephone book.
