Community Outreach Specialists

The Outreach Specialists who work throughout California are responsible for educating the public about the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP). They do this by displaying and discussing the types of equipment, its functionality, relay services and the CTAP application process during presentations and community events.  Free presentations on equipment and services are available throughout the state of California, and are provided in a variety of languages.
