CRS Video Library
The California Relay Service Video Library has videos which provide information about our services. Our collection will continue to grow to address additional information as a result of visitor feedback. We recommend that you check periodically to see if new videos have been added.

Video Formats
Our library has videos which have been converted to Macintosh (QuickTime Player) and PC (Windows Media Player and Real Player) for easy viewing. Below is a link to these media players if you need to download the latest version.

Languages
Videos are available in: American Sign Language (ASL), English, and Spanish. A text mode transcript of all videos is also provided in both English and Spanish.
Viewing Video Clips
To view, left click on the link with your language and speech selection. (If you are using a computer which has a slow connection, the buffering on your internet connection may make the picture skip.)
It is important to remember that the speed of your internet connection and the amount of network traffic may delay the start of the video. It is common to experience interruptions or delays in the video stream the first time you view each video. After each video clip has run completely for the first time, the next viewings should run smoothly.
Downloading Video Clips
There are two ways to see these video clips:
1. Right Click on the video image icon. Select the "Save Target As." option to download the files to your computer.
OR
2. Left Click on the icon below. Play the video clips in one the players (Windows Media Player, QuickTime Player, or Real Player) through your web browser.
